Royal Dormitories opened October 8,2004 to accommodate clients who are looking for clean, affordable, safe and secure residence within Makati City either on a short term or long term basis. Royal Dormitory is conveniently located within the Makati CBD and schools in Taft ave. Manila. This makes the dormitory very accessible for people working in Makati and students enrolled in universities in Taft ave.

We are a "no-frills" type of residence. We offer a place that is clean, safe and secure residence either on a short-term or long-term stay for employees, students, tourists, medical practitioners, patients, backpackers etc.Our residence is very particular with cleanliness. Clients are assured of clean rooms, sanitized bathrooms every single day of their stay.
